It has helped me so much. After work, or in the a.m., or late last
night even, I was able to get my 20 min. workout in. It's so great
to be able to exercise at my convenience, and it's so much fun!
There's only one drawback that I learned, I can't do the Hoola
Hoop, I pulled a muscle in my hip after doing in for 10 min.!!
