I hate canning!

I have a peach tree and the fruit is ripe. I've been canning all day today and part of yesterday 30Quarts and 5 pints of peaches 2 batches of raspberry freezer jam and the worst is yet to come my tomatoes and peppers are ready so it's Salsa tommorrow. I love growing a garden ,but this time of year it's overwhelming! I must say it is nice to have fresh veggies everyday though. I had steamed fresh green beans for dinner. Tonight I get crookneck squash and zuchinni cooked with onions and olive oil. I LOVE IT! I also eat fresh tomatoes and cucumbers for lunch almost everyday! So much work to keep it up but I do love it! Good luck to everyone tommorrow! This week has been fantastic!
