Some of you have heard this one before, so forgive me for being repetitive. Forgive me for being repetitive.
I love to nuke grape tomatoes with a little olive oil, Salad Supreme, and grated FRESH parmesan cheese (throw that green can away!). I have these yummies with an egg and a piece of 1-pt. whole wheat toast. WELL....
Today, I cut up chunks of avocado with it, and smeared the avocado and egg on the toast.
OH MY GOODNESS. And here's the best part, besides the fact that my tongue is still begging for more. FOUR servings of vegetables in my breakfast. FOUR. A good lean protein, a whole grain - does it get any better? Between that and my workout, my body loves me sooooo much right now.
Good first week! I never know if the scale will show it, but it's good to be accountable for my habits again. LOVE the blogs - you guys are great!
