Week 1 Total

I started back to the gym - it's been more than TWO YEARS since I lifted regularly. But I got there 3x this week, and my body is letting me know it. Luckily, the scale still went down - it often doesn't with weight lifting - at first. But...a perfect first week - 720 points. Stay. The. Course. Week 2 - bring it on.

I was wondering wich one of you or Dan got the perfect sore. Way to go it is not easy to get all the points.
