Exercise is the best!

Woke up feeling sick and dragged a bit but as soon as I forced myself to exercise I started to feel a lot better. When I use to dance there would be times I was sicker than a dog but I still had to perform, teach or whatever; I always would feel better after, even with a raging fever. There is something cleansing for body, mind & spirit when you just "do it!" Life is good.
