So. I went to bed @ 10:00 last night, and read for about 20 minutes. I slept like a STONE!
Till 1:30.
I went in to my son's room (the one in Argentina), and climbed into his bed with my book. At 3:30, I felt sufficiently exhausted to try again. I slept like a STONE!
Till 4:00.
I think I finally went back to sleep an hour or so later, and woke up when I heard my husband getting ready for work around 7:00. Then I slept like a STONE!
Till 8:30.
All I can tell you, for sure, is that exercising this past month, when I've been sleeping on the installment plan, is waaaaay harder than when I was exercising sick last spring. I haven't broken any fitness/workout records or surpassed any "personal bests" the last few weeks, but from where I'm standing.....my mediocrity is incredible, and possibly, its own new kind of personal best.
