Favorite Things I've Eaten This Week

1. The egg beaters omelette (sp?), the nature of which I have divulged in a previous post.

2. Oatmeal with dried blueberries, chopped walnuts, and just a little bit of fat free creamer. It's like having fruit cobbler for breakfast.

3. Tuna melt, chock full of chopped celery, green onions, pickle relish. Topped with a slice of this amazing Dubliner cheese and melted. Good enough to have one for lunch, and then, cause hubby went to the temple, have the rest of it for dinner.

4. Mrs. Field's There-Is-No-Such-Thing-As-Too-Much-Chocolate Pie. I'm not gonna lie - I planned that as dessert for free day, and IT. WAS. WORTH. IT.

And Tiffany, I hope you know how much I am working to WIN. I exercised, SICK. This is the part of the post where you should play the Rocky music and drink raw eggs.

I love your food ideas! they all sound so good. I am so glad you think you are going to win because Kristin and I already planning on that one!!! LOL

You totally rock Laureen! I'm with you baby! Drinking like a fish, working out till I am considering hurling and eating REALLY well. It all sounds extreme - but truth is...it feels good. Love you!
