a few questions!
O.K. I have had a few questions come up so I thought I would share the answer in case anyone else had the same question. First, make sure and give yourself the 20 exercise points for the 7th day of exercise even though you are not exercising that day. That goes for points for the day of eating and meal off eating also. The other one was if you are sick and feel you can't exercise what do you do? Unfortunately you have to either exercise or take your sick day off and exercise another day or take the penalty. I worked out with a trainer for 8 weeks and he told me it is really good to exercise when you are sick or not feeling well. the only time it is not, is if you have a high fever. You may not be able to exercise as long or as hard as usual but at least do your 20 minutes. A nice leisurely walk would be doable. Any other questions feel free to ask!
